How do I see the price and buy a piece?

How do payments work — is it secure?
Once you are certain, we arrange payment securely — by bank transfer or a secure card link. We never ask for card details over chat or email, and your information is held in strict confidence.

What is your returns policy?
If a piece is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — a return, exchange or adjustment. Bespoke commissions are made to order and assessed case by case.
Can a piece be resized or adjusted?
Often, yes — many rings and chains can be adjusted by our atelier. Tell us what you have in mind and we will advise on what is possible for that specific piece.
