Authenticity & Craftsmanship

Bought With Confidence. Owned for Generations.

When you cannot hold a piece in your hands, trust must be built into everything around it. Here is how we earn yours.

Hallmarked Gold

Our pieces are struck with their Japanese fineness hallmark — K18 for our 18-karat work — and every certified piece’s exact fineness is stated on its independent valuation. Many photographs show the hallmark openly, so you can see the proof for yourself.

Independent Certification

Every piece in the collection carries an independent valuation by a professional jewellery valuer, Kerrilie Campbell AAJV FGAA, with valuations stated in AUD and shown openly on each piece. The certificate accompanies the piece.

A Considered Purchase

Fine jewellery deserves conversation, not a checkout rush. We answer every question, share additional photographs and details, and only proceed when you feel completely certain.

“Authenticity is not a badge we print. It is the hallmark on the metal, the certificate in your hand, and the atelier that answers when you call.”

Good to Know

Questions, Answered

Everything worth knowing before you choose a piece. Anything else — simply ask, and we reply personally.

Are your pieces genuine and hallmarked?

Yes. Each piece is struck with its Japanese fineness hallmark — K18 for our 18-karat gold work — and our platinum pieces carry their platinum hallmark. The exact fineness of every certified piece is stated on its independent valuation.

Can I receive a certificate and valuation?

Yes. Every piece in the collection has been independently valued and certified by an independent professional valuer — Kerrilie Campbell AAJV FGAA — and its certificate accompanies the piece on delivery. We are glad to share the details for diamonds, gemstones and precious-metal content before you commit.

How do I see the price and buy a piece?

Every piece shows its price on its page. Open any piece and choose Enquire — by WhatsApp or email — and we confirm availability and certification, answer every question, and reserve the piece for you personally. There is no online checkout.

How do payments work — is it secure?

Once you are certain, we arrange payment securely — by bank transfer or a secure card link. We never ask for card details over chat or email, and your information is held in strict confidence.

Where do you deliver?

Across Australia — fully insured to the value of the piece, tracked and signature-required, in discreet packaging with no indication of contents. Each order is packed by hand with its documentation.

What is your returns policy?

If a piece is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — a return, exchange or adjustment. Returned pieces must be unworn, in their original condition with all documentation, and sent back fully insured by arrangement with us; return shipping costs are agreed in advance and borne by us if the piece is faulty or not as described. Approved refunds are made within 14 days of our receiving and inspecting the piece. Bespoke commissions are made to order and assessed case by case. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Can a piece be resized or adjusted?

Often, yes — many rings and chains can be adjusted by our atelier. Tell us what you have in mind and we will advise on what is possible for that specific piece.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Store each piece separately, away from light and moisture; put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion; clean gold gently with warm water and mild soap; and have settings checked periodically.

How is my information used? (Privacy)

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and arrange your order. We never sell your information; it is shared only with the providers that run this site — hosting, form processing, measurement when active, the AI service that powers Charina’s replies and, when you purchase, the insured courier — as set out in our privacy policy, and correspondence is kept confidential. Ask us anytime to update or remove your details.

Terms of sale

Prices are shown per piece in AUD and confirmed at enquiry. As pieces are held in small numbers, availability is confirmed when you order, and full written terms accompany every purchase. Our full written Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy apply to every purchase.
