Who we are

One Asian Jewellery ("we", "us") is a Tokyo-based atelier offering hallmarked 18K Japan gold and gemstone jewellery. Contact: atelier@oneasian.co · +81 80-1680-5746.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us: your name, email address, and message when you use our enquiry or review forms (processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider); your email address when you join our mailing list; and the contents of correspondence you send us by email or WhatsApp. Our site also uses standard analytics (Google Analytics) which collects anonymised usage data via cookies.

How we use it

We use your details solely to answer your enquiry, arrange your order or commission, and — if you joined the mailing list — to send occasional notes from the atelier. We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the site (hosting, form processing, analytics) and, where you purchase a piece, the insured courier delivering it.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal record-keeping obligations on sales. You may at any time ask us to correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the mailing list — one email to atelier@oneasian.co is enough. We comply with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and honour the spirit of the GDPR for our international clients.

Payment information

We never ask for card details over chat or email. Payments are arranged by bank transfer or a secure card link processed by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a revised date.
