How a purchase works
Pieces are sold by personal enquiry and reservation; there is no online checkout. Prices are shown per piece on this site in Australian dollars (AUD), confirmed in writing at enquiry, and held for 7 days. As pieces are held in small numbers, availability is confirmed at the time of your order. A piece is reserved on receipt of payment or an agreed deposit.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer or a secure card payment link, in Australian dollars (AUD) unless agreed otherwise in writing. We never request card details by chat or email. Title to a piece passes on receipt of full payment; risk passes on delivery.
Commissions and deposits
Bespoke commissions begin only on written sign-off of the agreed design and quotation. A deposit, agreed with you in writing, confirms the commission; as each commission is made to order, deposits are not refundable once crafting has begun, except as required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery
We ship across Australia, fully insured to the value of the piece, tracked and signature-required, in discreet packaging. Delivery times are confirmed at order.
Returns
If a piece is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return, exchange, or adjustment. Returned pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, with all documentation, and shipped back fully insured by prior agreement with us; return shipping is arranged with the atelier, and its cost is agreed with you in advance and borne by the atelier if the piece is faulty or not as described. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned piece. Bespoke commissions are made to order and are assessed case by case. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.
Certification and valuations
Hallmarks (K18, platinum) are struck in the metal and verifiable. Independent valuations are professional opinions of value prepared for insurance purposes by an independent professional valuer; they are not a guarantee of resale price. Every piece in the collection has been independently valued and certified by Kerrilie Campbell AAJV FGAA, and its certificate accompanies the piece on delivery.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law. The Australian Consumer Law applies, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees it provides. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the piece concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
