How a purchase works
Pieces are sold by personal enquiry rather than online checkout. Prices are quoted per piece in Australian dollars (AUD) unless agreed otherwise, confirmed in writing at enquiry, and held for 7 days. As each piece is one of a kind or strictly limited, availability is confirmed at the time of your order. A piece is reserved on receipt of payment or an agreed deposit.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer or a secure card link. We never request card details by chat or email. Title to a piece passes on receipt of full payment; risk passes on delivery.
Delivery
We ship worldwide, fully insured to the value of the piece, tracked and signature-required, in discreet packaging. Delivery times are confirmed at order. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Returns
If a piece is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return, exchange, or adjustment. Returned pieces must be in their original condition with their documentation, shipped back insured by agreement with us. Bespoke commissions are made to order and are assessed case by case.
Certification and valuations
Hallmarks (K18, platinum) are struck in the metal and verifiable. Independent valuations are professional opinions of value prepared for insurance purposes by an NCJV-registered valuer; they are not a guarantee of resale price. Certification for any uncertified piece can be arranged before purchase on request.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the piece concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Intellectual property
All photography, film, text, and designs on this site belong to One Asian Jewellery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
